Returns
At HoloVault, we are a small collector-focused Pokémon TCG singles store. Please choose carefully before purchasing, as we generally do not accept returns or change-of-mind purchases.
Due to the nature of trading cards, collectables, sealed products, and condition-sensitive items, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives significantly different from its listing description.
Condition & listings
We do our best to provide:
- Accurate card photos
- Honest condition notes
- Clear descriptions
- Careful packaging
Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Returns we may accept
We may review return requests if:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrives damaged in transit
- The item received is significantly different from the listing
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of packaging if damaged during shipping
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchases
- Minor condition differences
- Grading expectations
- Sealed product openings
- Buyer remorse
Shipping issues
Once orders are handed to the shipping provider, delivery times are outside of our control. However, we will always do our best to assist if an issue arises.
