HoloVault ships Pokémon TCG singles from New Zealand to collectors both locally and worldwide.

Every order is packed carefully using protective sleeves, top loaders, team bags, and secure packaging where appropriate to help ensure cards arrive safely.

Processing times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, new releases, or weekends, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Rates are calculated automatically from your delivery address. Current rates:

New Zealand

Standard shipping — $7.50
Rural shipping — $9.50 (select at checkout if your address is rural)
Free shipping — orders $100+ (NZ)

International

Australia — $14.99
USA & Canada — $24.99
UK & Europe — $27.99
Asia — $22.99

Packaging

Cards are packed with care to help protect against damage during transit. Depending on the order, packaging may include:

Penny sleeves
Top loaders
Semi-rigid holders
Team bags
Bubble mailers
Extra protection for higher-value cards

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Once an order has been handed to the shipping provider, delivery timeframes are outside of our direct control.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. HoloVault is not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses provided during checkout.
